In January 2014, the Allplan GmbH was contracted by the Buchstein Immobilienverwaltung GmbH und Co OG with planning of the technical building design of the currently largest construction project in and around Vienna, the "Austria Campus", the new headquarters of UniCredit Bank Austria AG. Until 2016, on the site of the former North Station in Vienna's Leopoldstadt, a gigantic office building complex consisting of a gross floor area of more than 200,000 square meters, for which 490 million euros will be invested in total. A total of around 9,000 new jobs will come up, and the campus will accommodate, inter alias, the headquarters of UniCredit Bank Austria AG.

Allplan will be responsible for planning of the following lots: heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, sprinkler, MSR, electrical design and elevation.

Immediately, after receiving the order Allplan renovated and adapted its office facilities, since the Allplan team had to be reinforced accordingly. Allplan is confident about the task to have been committed to and is looking forward to the exciting challenge.
