„Theater has a future“, under this motto a new music theater, designed by the architects of Terry Pawson , is being built in Linz. Allplan, who has a special connection to this building project, was in the year 2000 already involved as TGA-planner in the original project of Prof. Häuselmayer. Now, Applan’s Mr. Gnadenberger and Mr. Obermayer are controlling the execution of construction work together with the “building” colleagues Spirk & Partner and take care of the adherence to quality, deadlines and costs, of course.
