Europe’s most modern equestrian sport park covers an area of 270 ha, and has harness racing track, eight stables for 650 horses, a depot and the main grandstand with the entertainment and casino area. The systems are designed for up to 10,000 visitors on event days. ALLPLAN created feasibility studies in the project development phase as a basis for investors’ decisions and also prepared the applications together with the technical documentation in accordance with the respective authorities. The next step after the draft planning and tender was the planning of the technical infrastructure of the entire area. During the implementation phase ALLPLAN supported the building contractor on the construction supervision, the appointment schedule, approval of the plan, coordination of the Company and coordination of decreases.

Technical Project

The detailed planning included the power connection to the 100kV power with the spanner of its own, energy supply at the site on the 20kV level with protection and digital control systems, road and parking lot lighting with central control, suitable for television track lighting, emergency power supplies, the equipment of the stable houses and depot. Furthermore, ALLPLAN developed systems for sewage disposal (pump pressure system), the utility and fire water supply to the hydrant system, and a the whole area covering fire protection plan.
